The Weekend Wedding Experience

Friday 4:00 pm through Sunday 12:00 pm access

Our signature package is designed to let you slow down, settle in, and truly enjoy your wedding weekend.

Includes:

Full access to the barn and venue property for your celebration
Friday: Arrival, decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner options
Saturday: Your ceremony and reception day!
Sunday: Relaxed tear-down and farewell and/or gift opening until 12:00pm
Use of indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces
Reception seating and tables for up to 200 guests
On-site venue coordinator for your event day
Catering prep area for your chosen vendors
Private bridal suite for getting ready
Access to beautiful photo locations across the farm
Designated parking area for guests
Luxury bathroom trailer

Our Package Pricing

2027 Peak Season Dates: $7,000

Nov 1st - April 30th / Off Season: $6,000

A $1,000 damage deposit is required for potential damages to the venue, bridal suite or property two weeks before your event. It's a separate fee from your Venue Rental Fee and is fully refundable according to the provisions in your contract.

5.5% for WI and local taxes will be added to venue fee.

We also require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Pearl and Pine Event Co. listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Approximate cost $175.

To Book a Date = Signed Contract + 50% Reservation Fee are Required

Final payment is required 30 days before event

Optional Add-Ons

Clean-Up Options

Full Clean-Up Service – $500

Let us handle the post-event clean-up so you can simply relax and enjoy your weekend. With this upgrade, all you need to do is remove your personal belongings by Sunday at noon — we’ll take care of the rest.

Self Clean-Up (Included in rental)

If you prefer to handle clean-up yourself, please ensure the following tasks are completed before departure.

Mop up any spills and sweep all floors.
Clean the catering prep and bar area.
Dispose of all indoor and outdoor trash in the dumpsters by Sunday

Professional Speakers

$400 rental for the entire weekend

In the event you did not want to hire a DJ for your event we have 2 Ev Evolve 50 stand speakers that you can rent for your event. This rental also includes a microphone for the ceremony and speeches as well as a Yamaha MG06X audio mixer. (A videographer can still record the audio for their video.)
