What is the construction timeline, and how does it impact planning?
Pearl & Pine Event Co. is currently finalizing plans for our new venue building and site, with construction set to begin this summer. We plan to be operational by Spring 2027, providing a modern, beautifully designed space for your wedding celebration.

What are the available ceremony locations?
Pearl & Pine Event Co. offers the flexibility to create a ceremony that fits your vision.
-
Outdoor Ceremony: Exchange vows in our scenic ceremony field, surrounded by pine trees and natural beauty. If another spot on the property catches your eye, we're happy to explore other outdoor ceremony locations with you.
-
Indoor Ceremony: If you prefer to be indoors or weather/season requires it, your ceremony can be held in our reception space. After the ceremony, the room will be flipped for the reception by a designated team from your wedding party, planner, or hired setup crew. Your venue coordinator will guide the timing and transition.

Is a venue coordinator included?
Yes. A day-of venue manager is included with your wedding at Pearl & Pine Event Co. to oversee venue operations, manage property logistics, coordinate vendor needs related to the venue, and help ensure the event runs smoothly. This does not include full wedding planning, timeline management, or décor setup.
Couples may hire their own wedding planner or coordinator separately. We recommend Midwest Event Supply or Northwoods Event Services for wedding coordination and partial planning services.
Do you provide tables and seating?
Yes. Your rental includes 30 8-foot wood farmhouse tables, cross-back chairs for up to 240 guests, and wedding pew benches for your outdoor ceremony.
Are restrooms and private spaces provided?
Our venue features new, commercial, ADA-accessible restrooms designed for your guests' comfort and convenience.
In addition to our main restrooms, we also offer a private family restroom and a dedicated mother's room, providing a comfortable space for nursing, diaper changes, or a quiet retreat for parents and young children. These additional spaces help ensure a welcoming and convenient experience for all of your guests.
Is there a getting-ready space on-site?
Yes! Our venue features a Pearl Suite and a Pine Suite, providing comfortable spaces for the wedding parties to get ready, relax, and prepare for the day. The Pearl Suite includes a private changing room and restroom. It will also have a separate exterior entrance for added convenience.
Is there space for catering and vendors?
Yes. We offer a catering prep area for your chosen vendors. You are welcome to select your own licensed and insured vendors.
Is the venue building handicap accessible?
Yes! Our brand-new venue building is commercially and ADA compliant, built according to state-approved plans. The main-level event spaces are fully accessible, ensuring all guests can comfortably enjoy your wedding celebration. If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out so we can best accommodate your guests.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes! Pearl & Pine provides a designated parking area for all guests. In addition, we offer private “VIP” parking closer to the venue for the wedding party and vendors.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes! We welcome outside vendors. We will share our recommended vendor list when you complete your booking with us.
All vendors must be licensed, insured, and provide proof of their credentials. This includes catering, entertainment, and other service providers to ensure a safe and professional experience for your wedding day.
What does bar service look like at the venue?
Pearl & Pine Event Co. will provide, in-house bar service for all events. Our team will handle the bartending, setup, service, and cleanup, so you have one less vendor to coordinate on your wedding day.
We currently offer customizable beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage packages. Bar service and beverage packages are quoted separately from your venue rental and will be customized during the planning process. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
What happens if it rains?
No worries! Pearl & Pine Event Co. offers indoor ceremony and reception spaces as a beautiful backup plan, so your wedding can go on seamlessly regardless of the weather. If the indoor space is needed, it will need to be flipped for the reception by a designated team from your wedding party, planner, or hired setup crew. Timing and transition coordination will be guided by your venue coordinator.
